Vip34 Terms & Conditions – Platform Rules and Guidelines

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply throughout the document:

• "Balance" refers to the total funds available in the user's account for wagering, made up of real balance (from deposits and winnings) and bonus balance (from promotions), each governed by separate usage rules.
• "Bet" refers to any transaction made by the user on the vip34 platform involving financial risk in exchange for a potential return, whether on sports events, live casino games, blackjack, slots, or crash games.
• "Bonus" refers to any promotional credit granted by vip34 to the user, subject to the usage conditions, rollover requirements, and deadlines described in each promotion's specific terms.
• "Account verification" (Know Your Customer — KYC) refers to the process by which vip34 may request documents from the user — such as a copy of a government-issued ID and proof of address — to confirm identity and prevent fraud.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by applicable Brazilian laws covering the online betting and entertainment sector, including the provisions of the General Data Protection Law (LGPD — Law No. 13,709/2018).

To create a vip34 account and access all platform services, users must meet the following eligibility requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age or older at the time of registration. VIP34 expressly prohibits access by minors. Any account identified as belonging to a user under 18 will be closed immediately and the balances held pending investigation.
• Have a Valid CPF issued in Brazil. Each CPF may only be linked to a single vip34 account. Registering multiple accounts under the same CPF is prohibited and may result in permanent suspension of all associated accounts.
• Provide Information accurate, complete, and up to date at the time of registration — including full name as shown on a government-issued ID, date of birth, residential address, email, and mobile number. Providing false information may result in account cancellation with no right to withdraw the balance.
• Not appearing on any active self-exclusion on gambling or betting platforms in Brazil.

VIP34 allows only one account per user, per CPF, per residential address, and per device (identified by IP address and other technical identifiers). Additional accounts created by the same user may be closed without prior notice, with the original account balance preserved following review.

VIP34 operates exclusively with Brazilian payment methods, ensuring speed and security for all users registered in Brazil.

Accepted deposit methods: Pix (recommended — instant, available 24/7), credit and debit cards from Visa, Mastercard, and Elo issued by Brazilian financial institutions such as Nubank, Itaú, Bradesco, and Banco do Brasil, boleto bancário, PicPay, and Mercado Pago. The minimum deposit via Pix is R$ 10.00. The maximum deposit per transaction is subject to limits that vary depending on the chosen payment method and the user's VIP level.

Withdrawals: vip34 processes withdrawals exclusively via Pix to the key registered on the user's account. The minimum withdrawal is R$ 20.00. There are no additional fees charged by vip34 on withdrawal amounts. Pix processing is automated and completes in under 30 seconds for most requests, available 24 hours a day including national holidays.

• Users may only withdraw to a Pix key registered in their own name and CPF — withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted.
• Vip34 may require identity verification before processing the first withdrawal, particularly for amounts above R$ 500.00.
• Bonus balance withdrawals are not permitted directly — only real balance (converted from bonus after rollover completion) may be withdrawn.
• In cases of suspected fraud, money laundering, or violation of these Terms, VIP34 reserves the right to suspend withdrawal processing for up to 30 days while conducting an internal investigation.

Bets placed on VIP34 are subject to the following general rules, which apply to both Sports Betting — football (Brasileirão Série A and B, Copa do Brasil, Libertadores), MMA/UFC, basketball (NBB and NBA), volleyball, tennis, and Formula 1 — and to Live Casino games, blackjack, slots, and crash games.

• Confirmed bets are final and cannot be reversed. Once a user confirms a bet at VIP34, it cannot be cancelled or modified, except in specific situations where the Cash Out feature is available for that market.
• The minimum bet amount is R$ 2.00 per market. The maximum amount varies depending on the event, the chosen market, and the user's VIP level, and is displayed on the confirmation screen before the bet is finalized.
• In the event of event cancellation before it begins, all associated bets are voided and the amounts returned to the user's balance. For combination bets, the cancelled event is removed from the accumulator and the potential return is recalculated.
• VIP34 reserves the right to void bets in cases of clear odds errors (an obviously incorrect price due to a technical fault), proven fraud, or violation of other terms in this document.
• Bets on live casino (blackjack, roulette, baccarat) and slots are governed by the specific rules of each game, available on the table or machine interface. The RTP (Return to Player) for each game is shown on the product page.
• The use of bots, automated software or any system that places bets in a non-human manner is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent account suspension and forfeiture of balances.

Vip34 is not liable for financial losses resulting from betting decisions made by the user, from internet connection failures during live betting, or from any other circumstance outside the platform's technical control.

VIP34 offers regular promotions for new and active users, including a welcome bonus, weekly cashback, reload bonuses, and seasonal promotions. All promotions are subject to the following general rules, supplemented by the specific conditions of each offer:

• The welcome bonus of 100% up to R$ 500.00 is awarded on the first deposit made by new users who have not previously claimed any promotion. The minimum rollover required to withdraw the bonus balance is 5x the bonus amount, within 30 days of redemption.
• The 10% cashback is calculated on the net balance of Sports Betting losses for the week (Monday through Sunday) and credited automatically every Monday by 12:00 PM, with no request needed. Cashback is credited as bonus balance with a 1x rollover.
• Bonuses cannot be combined with one another unless explicitly stated in the promotion. Only one bonus may be active at a time on a user's VIP34 account.
• VIP34 reserves the right to cancel or modify promotions at any time, with prior notice whenever possible. Bonuses that have already been claimed and are currently undergoing rollover are not affected by retroactive cancellations.
• Bets placed at odds lower than 1,50 do not count toward the rollover of any bonus at VIP34, except where expressly stated in the terms of a specific promotion.
• Voided, cancelled, or push bets do not count toward rollover completion.

VIP34 users agree to use the platform solely for personal entertainment purposes, in compliance with these Terms and applicable Brazilian law. The following activities are expressly prohibited:

• Money laundering or using the platform for any illicit financial activity. VIP34 reports any suspicious activity identified in user accounts to the relevant authorities, in accordance with its legal obligations.
• Use of automation software (bots, scripts, or any system that places bets or interacts with the platform in an automated way without direct human input).
• Exploitation of technical errors odds, system failures, or any platform vulnerability to gain undue financial advantage. Winnings obtained in this way will be voided and the account may be closed.
• Coordinated Betting across multiple accounts with the aim of guaranteeing a positive outcome regardless of the event result (also known as "risk arbitrage" or abusive "match betting" on a single platform).
• Providing account access to third parties, sharing login credentials, or transferring balances between separate vip34 accounts.
• Any action that compromises the technical security of the platform, including attempts at unauthorized access, brute-force attacks, or social engineering directed at the VIP34 support team.

Failure to comply with any of the above may result in immediate account suspension, cancellation of all bonus balances, and, in serious cases, permanent account closure with balance retention pending legal investigation.

VIP34 collects and processes users' personal data in compliance with Brazil's General Data Protection Law (LGPD — Law No. 13,709/2018). By creating an account, the user consents to the collection and use of the following data for the purposes indicated:

• Identification data (full name, CPF, date of birth, ID card or driver's license): used for identity verification (KYC), fraud prevention, and compliance with legal obligations.
• Contact details (email, mobile number, residential address): used for account communications, transaction confirmations, customer support, and sending promotional communications when the user opts in to receive them.
• Financial Details (Pix key, credit/debit card details, deposit and withdrawal history): used exclusively for processing financial transactions on the platform.
• Usage data (betting history, game sessions, IP address, device identifiers): used for experience personalization, fraud detection, and compliance with regulatory obligations.

Vip34 does not sell or share users' personal data with third parties for commercial purposes. VIP34 recognizes that sports betting and casino games carry financial risk and that a minority of players may develop problem gambling patterns. For this reason, the platform provides a full suite of responsible gambling tools, accessible directly from the account dashboard for all users.

• Deposit limit: Users can set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits. Once activated, the limit takes effect immediately. Limit reductions apply instantly; limit increases take effect after 24 hours to allow for reflection.
• Session loss limit: Sets a maximum loss amount for a single gaming session. Once the limit is reached, the session ends automatically.
• Session time limit: Users can set a maximum daily play time. An alert is displayed when 75% of the time limit has been reached.
• Temporary self-exclusion: Users can self-exclude from the platform for periods of 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, 3 months, or 6 months, directly through the account dashboard.

VIP34 expressly prohibits access to and use of the platform by anyone under 18 years of age. Any suspected underage access must be reported to support immediately. Users may request voluntary closure of their VIP34 account at any time through the support channel available on the site. Upon account closure, the available real balance (not the bonus balance) will be refunded to the user via Pix, following identity verification and within up to 5 business days.

VIP34 reserves the right to suspend or close user accounts in the following situations:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms and Conditions, especially the prohibitions listed in Section 6.
• Providing false information during registration or the identity verification (KYC) process.
• Use of the platform for unlawful purposes, including money laundering or any activity that violates Brazilian law.
• Registering multiple accounts using the same CPF, address, or device.
• Activity identified as severe problem gambling, in cases where VIP34's intervention is necessary to protect the user, as assessed by the responsible gambling team.

In cases of account closure due to a terms violation, VIP34 may hold the account balance for up to 90 days while conducting an internal investigation. If the investigation confirms irregularities, the balance may be forfeited. If no irregularities are found, the real balance will be returned to the user.

VIP34 may update these Terms and Conditions periodically to reflect changes in the services offered, new regulatory requirements, or improvements to platform policies. Any material changes will be communicated to registered users by email at least 7 days before taking effect.

The current version of the Terms and Conditions is always the one published at vip34.asia/terms-conditions, with the date of the most recent update shown at the top of the page. By continuing to use the platform after a new version comes into effect, users automatically accept the updated terms.
